ISLAMABAD, Sep 04 (APP):The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Wednesday held a meeting with representatives from refineries and leading Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to discuss and develop a strategy for addressing issues related to High-Speed Diesel (HSD) stocks in the country.
“Leading importing OMCs’ September cargo has been deferred and three cargoes in October are to be rationalized/canceled. December cargoes shall also be canceled (if required) in the due course of time,” OGRA spokesman Imran Ghaznavi said in a press statement.
He said the cargo already arrived would be put into bonded storage so that the same was not available for sale till end of September.
