Waheed urges unity and vigilance against threats to Pakistan


ISLAMABAD, Aug 13 (APP):Sheikh Abdul Waheed, President of Central Traders Association Liaqat road and Inter City Hotels Association, on Tuesday said that Independence Day is a day to remember the sacrifices of those who sacrificed their lives and wealth for our freedom. On the occasion of Independence Day, let us promise our motherland that we will do everything possible to strengthen and preserve our Islamic traditions, culture and our national values.
On stated here Sheikh Abdul Waheed, president of Central Anjuman Tajran LiaQat road and Inter-City Hotels Association Rawalpindi, on the occasion of Independence Day, every member of the nation will have to take oath of allegiance for the completion of Pakistan.
Sheikh Abdul Waheed said that Pakistan has a unique position among Muslim countries, which is unique in terms of its geography and is also a nuclear power.
He Said no one has the courage to make any conspiracy against Pakistan successful, because Pakistan is the name of a free and strong state. Sheikh Abdul Waheed emphasized that no one possesses the courage to succeed in any conspiracy against Pakistan, as the nation is defined by its freedom and strength. He highlighted Pakistan’s resilience and robust status as a sovereign state, underscoring that its enduring power and unity render any attempts to undermine it futile.
He expressed his determination that every citizen of Pakistan is its protector. “Our beloved country has been blessed by the ALLAH PAK with unlimited blessings, we have to appreciate it” he added.
He further said that our students should be made aware of the importance of Pakistan.
Every citizen of this country should show loyalty to Pakistan beyond their own self, he said.
Waheed said that Every conspiracy to play with the integrity and economy of Pakistan must be exposed, which is not possible by mutual concern.
Political views may differ but when it comes to the integrity of Pakistan, everything has to be put aside because Pakistan comes first, Waheed said.
Shiekh Abdul Waheed said that on the occasion of Independence Day, we have to pledge that we all have to rise above our personal interests to make Pakistan strong socially, economically, defensively and in every aspect.
